What is N-able and how we use it
N-able provides software for managed service providers, including N-central and N-sight RMM for remote monitoring and management, Cove Data Protection for cloud-first backup and recovery, and security tools such as EDR and mail protection.
TechPIO works in N-able platforms on behalf of MSPs. On the RMM side we design service templates and monitoring, clean up alerting, write automation and manage patching. On the backup side our team monitors Cove jobs every day, fixes failures, checks retention and runs restore tests, with white-label reporting for your clients.
