About the platform

What is Veeam and how we use it

Veeam provides data protection software including Veeam Backup & Replication for VMware, Hyper-V, physical and cloud workloads, Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365, and the Veeam Service Provider Console for managing customer environments at scale.

TechPIO manages Veeam environments for MSPs as part of our backup management service: job and repository health, daily monitoring, remediation of failed or warning jobs, retention and capacity planning, SureBackup and manual restore tests, and reporting.

What we do

How we support Veeam for MSPs

Hand over one task or the whole platform. Every change is made inside your instance, with your permissions, and documented in your systems.

Job and repository health

Backup jobs, copy jobs, repositories and proxies reviewed and kept healthy across every client.

Daily job monitoring

Every job checked daily through the Service Provider Console or directly; warnings and failures worked the same day.

Remediation

Snapshot, VSS, repository space, credential and network issues fixed at the root and documented.

Restore testing and reporting

SureBackup or manual restore tests scheduled per client, with monthly white-label reports.
