ConnectWise builds software for IT solution providers, including ConnectWise Automate (remote monitoring and management), ConnectWise PSA (ticketing, contracts and billing, formerly Manage), ConnectWise Control (remote access) and the Asio platform that brings them together.
TechPIO has worked in ConnectWise Automate for years: server and database maintenance, monitor and alert tuning, script development, patch policies and plugin work.
