What is Microsoft Intune and how we use it
Microsoft Intune is a cloud-based endpoint management solution that manages user access and simplifies app and device management across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices. It is part of Microsoft 365 and integrates with Microsoft Entra ID for Conditional Access.

Can Intune replace our RMM?
Intune covers device configuration, compliance and app deployment; most MSPs keep an RMM for monitoring, scripting and remote access. We run both and help you decide what belongs where.
Do you migrate Group Policy to Intune?
Yes. We assess existing GPOs, map them to Intune settings and roll out to a pilot group before the whole fleet.
Is Intune included in your Microsoft 365 managed services?
Yes. Intune and Entra ID administration are part of our Microsoft 365 service, and can also be delivered as a one-off project.
